  • ACCESS CODE REQUIRED

    This option is for finalist and attendee guests who will ONLY attend the Nebula Awards banquet.

    NOTE: You are not required to purchase a banquet ticket to attend the ceremony. Contact events@sfwa.org for more details.

    To attend other programming during the Nebula Conference, you will need to purchase a conference membership.

    The cost for a banquet ticket is $125. The correct price will calculate when you select your meal choice for the banquet.
  • This ticket is for ONLINE ONLY access to the conference through events.sfwa.org. Access to recorded content and ongoing community events is included through April 30, 2025.
  • ACCESS CODE REQUIRED

    This option is for attendees who have been provided a waiver code, such as scholarship recipients.
  • Attend the in-person conference in Pasadena, CA from June 6-9, 2024. This ticket also grants access to online recorded content at events.sfwa.org

This year’s Nebula conference will take place at the Westin Pasadena and online! In-person registration includes all online access. With every conference ticket, you can watch and listen to all recorded panels and presentations that took place over the weekend.

In addition, you'll have access to ongoing events and panels throughout the year, including our Narrative Worlds series and more!

Our main goals for each year’s Nebula Conference are to provide excellent professional development, foster community among SFF aspiring and industry professionals, and of course, celebrate our Nebula Award finalists and honorees throughout the weekend, but most especially at the Nebula Award ceremony. That includes recognizing the inspiring work of our newest Grand Master, Susan Cooper.

Your online conference ticket helps support the programs and services that SFWA provides for not only its members but every SFF genre writer and industry professional. Thank you.
