Renovation

Renovation is the 69th World Science Fiction Convention, the annual gathering of science fiction and fantasy fans from all over the world.  Approximately 4,500 attendees are expected for five days of panel discussions, readings, movies, autographs, and tons of other events.  The con will be featuring a different segment of the science fiction community each night, with Music Night on Wednesday featuring a concert by Special Guest Tricky Pixie, followed by Art Night on Thursday, with the presentation of the Chesley Awards for science fiction and fantasy art and the Fan Film Festival.  The major events of the weekend are the masquerade on Saturday evening and the awarding of the Hugo Awards on Sunday.
